All digital CWP products are formatted as PDF files. These are generally pretty user friendly for most computers, tablets, and printing situations. The PDF files sometimes use page sizes larger than the typical 8.5x11" paper size (US, A4 international). Make sure your printer/print settings are set to "fit" or "shrink oversized pages" if you find that your music doesn't fit within the printed page.

The Purchaser/User is responsible for any printing or distributing of files once purchased and downloaded, and Curving Walkway Publications (CWP) is not responsible for problems with printing scores or parts. However, PLEASE contact CWP (music @ curvingwalkway.com) and we will do our best to help if you are having a problem printing! If you have any other issues with your digital download, please contact us and we will try to help!
Because of the nature of digital downloads, there really aren't returns, but we understand that life happens, including dissatisfaction with a product. Contact us (music @ curvingwalkway.com) within 3 days and we'll process either a refund or offer store credit (via coupon) depending on the situation. CWP reserves the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse this system.
In this era of inexpensive photocopying, and in order to protect the copyrights of the composers whose pieces are published or distributed by Curving Walkway Publications in printed form, we can't accept returns of music once the packaging is opened. However, we will accept returns of unopened merchandise for 30 days after you receive your purchase. Upon return of the item, we will refund the amount of your purchase less shipping costs. Once any merchandise packaging is opened we will gladly replace defective merchandise or we will credit your account should you choose to return the music for other reasons.
Credit card payments for the CWP are processed by PAYPAL or STRIPE. For PAYPAL, you DO NOT have to set up a PAYPAL account if you don't already have one, just choose to checkout as guest and you can use a credit card. For STRIPE, it should work just like any other online purchase with a credit card. If you have problems ordering, let us know. CWP is not responsible for the payment systems or order fulfillment procedures for other dealers or for problems with PAYPAL or STRIPE (although we have found them to be very reliable).
Digital download products always have free shipping and are available for download instantly.
All in-stock physical items will ship as soon as possible via US Priority Mail, usually within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). If an item should be out of stock, the typical re-stocking time for physical items is from three to five weeks (we only do print runs of titles in batches from time to time), and we hope you will leave the order in place; however, we are more than happy to cancel the order and refund any money paid. If your order contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items as soon as possible and ship the remaining items when they become available at no additional cost.

However, in order to facilitate the correct payment of royalties to composers publishing or distributing through CWP, we will report sales of their works, without specific custormer information, to them.
